How to use:
1. When the power-on indicator light turn on,  wait about 30 seconds till the hot head steaming then it's ready  to use.
2. Hold the clamp and put the hot head through  the between two plastic tape. Grip the pliers, clamping two  plastic tape, stay one second to let them merge.
3. Hold the handle strongly,quickly shrink back  the hot head, use the jaws to press the connect point firmly  about 2 seconds.
4. Release the clamp, then the hot head back in  place automatically.
Advantages: simple operation, safety, the 220V household  electricity, power consumption 15w, good effect, applicable  luggage strapping in any situations.
Note:1, transformer plug and the power  outlet essential touching solid and reliable electricity, avoid  socket loose light flashes, the starting current impact surface  frequently produces transformers.
