Dymo 2300 w/ NEW EMBOSSING PLUG, 3/4 in TAPE ~ Embossing Sign Label Maker

I am rather fond of these label makers, and I bought a bunch on Ebay a few years ago. I've fixed a few of them up. The biggest issue with old labelmakers is worn-out embossing plugs. The embossing plug is the thing that presses the tape into the typewheel to form the letters. Embossing plugs dry out, get squashed, and generally fail after years of use. Fortunately, I purchased a handful of new embossing plugs a few years back and have been using them to rehabilitate retired machines.
This labelmaker has a brand-new embossing plug in it. It produces nice, sharp letters without deformation around letter from overpressure (some users crank up the pressure to compensate for bad embossing plug, and this results in deformed, wavy tape). The type wheel produces nice, sharp letters.
I'm including a valuable assortment of tape, including one partial and one full roll of orange magnetic tape. Magnetic tape is the greatest thing ever! I like to use it to make labels for filing cabinet drawers, so I can see what's inside without opening drawer. When files move around, the sign can move with it! Also included is a partial roll of GOLD METALLIC, a full roll Matte Red and a partial roll of Matte Black, along with some great glossy rolls.
Most other units on eBay have worn-out embossing plugs and produce crummy signs.
If you want a good, reliable unit that will produce beautiful signs/labels, this is your signmaker!
