Dymo LabelWriter 4XL Thermal Label Printer - Black. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
This printer came from a local eBay/Amazon reseller going out of business. It powers on and prints a test label correctly. The previous owner said it functioned fine with an occasional label jam.
It includes a USB cable and a partial roll of labels installed, however the power cable included with it is not the original. It is from a Polk Audio product and also has had a cable repair done on it in the past. It seems to power the unit without issue, but I would recommend finding a genuine replacement for future use.
