Large Capacity Hopper
30L hopper allows the filler continuously work efficiently. Made of stainless steel, food-grade material, with a perfect surface treatment, the hopper is worthy to be used. Work well with this piston filling machine.
Anti-drip Nozzle & Rotary Valve
Outlet nozzle is anti-drip, easy to be removed and replaced. Rotary valve controls the transfer process of paste material. Not easily plugged and no dripping. The manual liquid filling machine ensures accurate filling.
Adjustable Speed & Volume
With a great power and stable air pressure, the air cylinder supports the filling process well. Blue button controls the working speed of cylinder, orange one for filling speed. Filling volume is adjustable through swing handle.
Air Pressure Gauge & Switch
Equipped with an advanced air pressure gauge, the machine works well and keeps a good operation with air compressor(not offered). Support manual/automatic model, emergency stop with safe cut-out device.
