Description

This PAC Type 115C -5 Portable Packaging Sealer to be in fair cosmetic condition, showing many signs of wear and previous use.
It heated up and sealed a bag as shown. The cord has been repaired with electrical tape, also shown.
However, since I lack the knowledge or equipment to test it further, it is being sold as-is.
