Sanford Dymo 400 Turbo 69110PC Connected Label Printer (Parts or Repair only!!)

DYMO Labelwriter 400 Turbo sold as parts only or repair..
I have tried to make it print right for a long time. The left hand side of the label does not print.
The right side is good (as far I can tell)
What you see is what you get. Printer, Power cord, Original box and have thrown in two rolls of labels!
Remember this is for Parts only or possible repair.
Although I do  my
