Yes, this is the actual vase that Carrie Bradshaw used to decorate her apartment. There are cracks on this vase because Sarah knocked it over during filming one of the episodes. And since they only had one of this vase and it's a staple of Carrie's apartment, the crew had to painstakingly glue the pieces back together. This vase was displayed in different areas in her apartment throughout the series.
