This is a very beautiful paper doll book drawn by well-known paper doll artist Mary Knight. It was produced in the the 1950s by Saalfield. It was printed in the U.S.A. It is Saalfield book number 1615. The book features five cutouts-- Marie, Kathy, Ruth and Diane. Inexplicably, Marie appears on both the front and back covers as does Ruth's dolly. Each paper doll has its own dolly, which are each a little over three inches high. There are four pages of clothing -- one for each named paper doll girl. The clothing includes two outfits for each of the smaller dollies that match their owners' outfits. The book measures 10 1/2 inches wide by 12 1/2 inches deep. The dolls and clothing have not been cut.
Was part of my moms collection. I have tons of paper dolls and dolls to list. From the 30's all the way to current.
