    Description

    This set is from the 1989National Paper Doll convention held in Atlanta, Georgia and was themed "Tomorrow is Another Day".   Judy Johnson went all out with her souvenir contribution that year with her "Treasures in a Trunk" additions. Using her daughter, Jenny, as the model for the doll, she added some beautiful costumes from the movie "Gone with the Wind" for her.  This came in a page size and a poster size.  The poster is a very large set done on  light cardstock  and measures 17" x 14".  This would look gorgeous framed!!  Sadly, the previous collector I purchased these from allowed the poster to get a water mark and a tear at the bottom.  Only the tear affects a costume.  There is a storage bend at the top of the poster that isn't shown in photos.  I didn't do a photo of the page size set by itself.  The trunk souvenir has the miniature paper doll clothing sets but not the covers with the dolls.  I've tried to find those and it's impossible.  These are some great souvenirs in one lot!!!  Please view the photos closely since I tried to capture all of the flaws as part of my description.
    I've bought my huge collection from estate sales and from other collectors on here.  I don't know the previous storage history.  My collection is stored in a smoke/pet free area in my home, with a dehumidifier running 24/7.  People did smoke back then, I have a poor sense of smell at my age, and I don't know if that lingers.  I try to list all flaws with the paper dolls that I sell.
