    Description

    You know how I'm always saying that I would like to see one of Ralph Hodgdon's paper doll coloring books painted by a professional artist?  Well I got my wish with this!!!  It's an original 1982 "Zsa Zsa Gabor" book, signed by Hodgdon on back of the cover and then taken apart and exquisitely painted by a professional artist that I purchased this from. The doll is on the usual cardstock cover and it's complete with all 11 pages.  Notes were added in writing on the backs of the sheets.  The paint colors have bled through the pages and there are several costumes that glitter was added for a more glamourous look.  I try to catch that feature in the last photo.   This is a wonderful Ralph Hodgdon collectable and a one of a kind!!!  The entire set is shown.
    All of the paper dolls that I offer are from estates, other homes or purchased here on eBay.  I don't know the previous storage history.  My collection is kept in a smoke/pet free area of my home with a dehumidifier running 24/7.  I have a poor sense of smell at my age and am unable to detect odors.  People smoked way back when, so that could linger and I would not be aware of it. I try and list all flaws for the paper doll sets that I sell.
