Description
We are a small, well established brewery, and have been brewing for 12 years and bottling for 5 years. We are switching from bottles to cans and selling our trusty bottling machine. The bottling machine is a 2012 Chinese made 24 head rotary rinser, 24 head rotary filler, 8 head rotary crowner, set up as a 24-24-8 monobloc, and had only bottled about 1000 bbls when we got it. We spent over a year rebuilding and improving it, we re-engineered some of the stainless parts, replaced all springs, seals, valves, guages and o rings, re-programmed it and made it fully operational, and better than new!
We were bottling around twice a week, until it was decommissioning mid April 2021 when we took delivery of our new canning line.
Filler has single pre-evacuation filling heads.
Machine is rated up to 67 bpm (we ran at 45 bpm due to manual in-feed and pack-off- thats about as fast as we can go!).
Currently set up for 12 oz longnecks, but includes complete set of change-over parts for 22 oz bombers (star wheels, guide plates, etc.).
Was overhauled/rebuilt in 2015-16 under the direction of consultant Les Garrell, who spent 2 weeks with us.
Machine requires 3-phase 208V AC power (~40 A) , plus CO2, compressed air, and H2O.
Monobloc dimensions are 9’6” long (direction of bottle travel) by 7’0” wide by 8’8” tall. Weighs around 11,000 lbs.
Includes Allen-Bradley PLC control system with touch screen controls
Vacuum pump is Dekker Duravane
Buyer is responsible for shipping, although we can help arrange local loading and rigging.
